We build where ordinary OEMs usually stop.

Many factories can build standard USB hubs or low-speed accessories. Our focus is different: compact products that must handle high bandwidth, sustained loads, thermal constraints, compatibility requirements, and production testability.

That makes Raiden Digit a strong fit for companies developing professional storage, Thunderbolt / USB4 devices, PCIe expansion platforms, high-speed network adapters, workstation accessories, NAS workflows, and specialized industrial I/O hardware.

High-speed architecture

Thermal & acoustic balance
Sustained performance without ignoring noise, enclosure limits, and user environment.
Real-world compatibility
Mac, Windows, Linux, NAS, switches, SSDs, modules, cables, and host behavior.

What makes a project a good fit?

High-speed hardware projects require clear technical and commercial boundaries. The following information helps us evaluate feasibility quickly.

Strong fit
  • Thunderbolt, USB4, PCIe, NVMe, 10GbE, 25GbE, or high-speed I/O hardware
  • Clear product use case, target users, and market region
  • Defined target quantity, expected cost range, and launch timeline
  • Need for reliability, thermals, compatibility, and production testability
Less suitable
  • Ultra-low-cost generic USB hubs where price is the only decision factor
  • Projects without budget, target quantity, technical requirements, or decision timeline
  • Very broad projects requiring unrelated full-stack software, cloud, mobile app, and hardware at once
  • Deep custom engineering without NRE, sample budget, or commercial commitment

FAQ

Fast answers for first-time OEM/ODM discussions.

Do you work under NDA?
Yes. We can sign an NDA before technical discussion. Your template is acceptable if the terms are reasonable.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on components, enclosure process, packaging, testing requirements, and project scope. We can support pilot runs before mass production when the project is commercially feasible.
Do you charge NRE for custom engineering?
For deep custom work, yes. Initial discussion can be lightweight, but architecture design, schematics, layout, mechanical design, tooling, validation, and custom firmware/tools usually require NRE.
Can you support Thunderbolt certification?
We can evaluate the certification route, requirements, cost, schedule, and market need. The final plan depends on the product architecture, commercial target, and certification requirements.
Can you do design only or manufacturing only?
Yes. We can support engineering-only, manufacturing-only, platform customization, derivative design, or full turnkey design-to-manufacture projects.
Can you build white-label or private-label products?
Yes. For suitable products and volumes, we can support private-label, regional SKU, channel bundle, or customized hardware versions.
